This picture needs to be updated. The NPC Phil Thackeray is black now, not white and has a shaved head. Not sure when this was changed. I'm not convinced he's a cousin of Logan either. Your character says "You might hurt yourself stretching like that". Does the player character mean stretching the truth? (99.136.224.221 06:00, 10 August 2013 (UTC))

I think it probably just means he's "stretching" the definition of family; how distantly one can be related to someone while still considering oneself to be a part of their family. Phil's dialogue doesn't seem like he's lying or exaggerating. –Santax (talk · contribs) 22:23, 9 May 2014 (UTC)

*one year later* The pause at the beginning of the sentence ("Why, uh, yes!") and at the end ("my mother's side…twice removed") indicates that he is, indeed, lying. The mention of not talking much is like trying to say 'so even if you try looking into it, Logan probably wouldn't remember me' or something. Konig 18:51, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
