Let's use some logical thinking:

1. We know that Elonians will be in a particular district of Divinity's reach.

2. This district has "Ossan" in it, and Turai Ossa happens to be known as "the savior of Elona".

Therefore...

This district is clearly named after Ossa, and this district is the one in which many Elonians have taken refuge. :) 98.23.55.188 23:13, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
