I combined four Masterwork quality items in my Mystic Forge Conduit and it spat out this karma item. I didn't think the Forge could make karma-only items so it was pretty neat. See the image below. God Of Fissures (talk) 16:52, 23 June 2013 (UTC)

It's very rare. I recommend reporting it as a bug, because I think they have fixed other cases of the forge returning soulbound items. Some of the drop tables had limited offerings to start with so they through in some extra karma-based items to flesh it out. But now, there are more options available, so they can remove the soulbound stuff.

There are only certain combinations that can spit out karma items and I believe they are all masterwork in the mid-tiers.75.37.18.180 17:39, 23 June 2013 (UTC)
