While the wiki article states it is safe to destroy this item after acquisition, the game itself prompts the user to type its full name to confirm deletion, could this item be part of some secret in game as yet to be discovered? --85.139.16.126 13:33, 3 January 2022 (UTC)

There are many items that are only required for 1 collection that ask you to type the full name of the item to delete them, and no devs have ever hinted (afaik) to any hidden HoT collections yet to discover, so it's quite safe to assume they're not used for anything else.
