transmuting possible?
after you use the skin and getting an ascended shoulderpiece, is it possible to transmute another skin on the shoulders, but still have the batwing animation?
the reason i'm asking this is because there already is an item in gw2, which works like this. (this: Rime-Rimmed_Mariner's_Rebreather) and honestly, this item should work the same, for the money it takes to aquire.

No, it's a regular skin. You can transmute it over other items, and other items override it. 67.180.86.152 09:51, 23 October 2019 (UTC)
