Is it really +10 experience from kills, or is it +10%? Seems like an odd boost. I don't know that I've seen just +10 before. SpiralCee (talk) 06:46, 22 May 2017 (UTC)

I'd assume that the actual behaviour is +10 percent. However, the description actually does read https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/items?ids=41566 "+10 experience" -Chieftain Alex 17:49, 22 May 2017 (UTC)

Since launch, there's been a few that didn't have the % in the description, but they still give a % boost. Wiki favors recording what is displayed in the game. SarielV 17:56, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
