Feedback 2020/07/07[edit]
Might be worth mentioning that this skill replaces Moto's Breath and there's no way to use/revert to that skill once you acquire this one.

- I know for a fact that this skill deals damage to cages, King Toad, and the Storm Wizard's first phase, and that it comes up as 'Obstructed' when you try to use it on world 1's bonus cart, not sure about Storm Wizard's second phase.
