What does the theme sound like exactly?

Is there a link to a file/video/etc that plays just the theme/motif only? So that it's more clear and less ambiguous what it is exactly. --118.100.25.194 12:38, 27 September 2016 (UTC)

Different Mordremoth's Themes?

I need to consult with you about the title. There are few Mordremoth's Themes: "Mouth of Mordremoth" was composed by Maclaine Diemer and the another Mordremoth's Theme in Hearts and Minds was composed by Lena Chappelle (the one with female choir). —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 77.45.58.182 (talk).

Thanks for the feedback. The two instances you're referring to are actually two tracks (or pieces), both of which contain the actual theme (or leitmotif) itself, so there are no two themes for Mordremoth per se if we go by the strict definition of what a leitmotif is in music theory. Maclaine composed the three-note Mordremoth leitmotif which was then used in multiple tracks on the soundtrack to create musical continuity by consistently referring to Mordremoth and its influence with said leitmotif, and Lena simply adapted the leitmotif for her "Mordremoth" track which probably should've had another title to avoid confusing it with the leitmotif being used in it. You can clearly hear the Mordremoth leitmotif at the end of the "Mordremoth" track when Mordremoth's Mind is on its last legs, so to speak. To give an example from other media, it's like how you hear the Imperial March, which denotes the influence of Vader and the Empire, in various Star Wars tracks so whenever you hear the leitmotif, Vader or the Empire (or their legacy in the First Order) will show up visually or in dialogue soon after. The various uses of Mordremoth's Theme are listed in the article, and I've used timestamped tracks to take anyone who clicks on the links to the exact moment we hear the leitmotif being used in the respective tracks to further help identifying the theme. :) --Kossage (talk) 10:14, 21 August 2017 (UTC)
