So, I'll be the first one to ask.

What the heck qualifies as a Manipulation skill in this game, specifically?

The tooltips ingame are no help.

The tooltips should've explained it for you. Manipulation skills say "Manipulation" before their description, it's a skill type. Also what Vili said. —Dr Ishmael 03:36, 18 October 2012 (UTC)
