High Judge Spawn Order

There seems to be mixed opinion on if the way you answer the questions in this event affects which High Judge will spawn. In the notes section it states that it's a pre-defined rotation: "Kulul > Ejele > Sidan and repeat". Maybe if that's been confirmed then add a note saying the way you answer the judgements has no affect on what high Judge will spawn?

Second, do we know how long it takes after this event before the judge spawns? On the forums some have stated waiting up to 15 mins and nothing. --Kulgin (talk) 23:28, 28 October 2017 (UTC)

I studied some additional info. The wait times between judges was about 5 mins, not 15. Also, you only do the pre-event once, and upon successfully killing a judge, the other ones will trigger. Lastly, I got a different order than what's posted. Mine was Sidan > Ejele > Kulul --Kulgin (talk) 15:14, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
