Lucent motes salvage from Major Sigils (Runes?) if from nothing else. I just got approximately 580 of them from salvaging 300 sigils (runes?), 1-3 motss per salvage using a Silver-Fed. Sorry, I do not recall the specific major sigil or rune used. --71.246.233.211 21:20, 13 November 2018 (UTC)
