There's five of them, all part of Vehjin Noble Necessities Run adventure.They serve a single very specific purpose. Every PoF and S4 map would have 5 "copy and past NPCs" that are specifically the objectives for the map's adventure - Vabbi has three times that though.Konig (talk) 14:10, 21 April 2018 (UTC)

EDIT: Looks like I mistook this one for another, but most of those "copy and paste NPCs" in PoF are part of adventures. Besides, many, many (if not every) game adds these simple "copy and paste NPCs" with little to no purpose except making the world feel fuller. Konig (talk) 14:13, 21 April 2018 (UTC)
