Does the item dropped scale to the level of the character that opens this container?[edit]

WvW drop[edit]
Got one dropped and don't know how. First I though it's tied to the reward track I'm currently doing on repeat (Legacy Armor one) because I got a second one after a circle. But no more since then and I repeated the track 4 or 5 times so far. --Lucy Luft (talk) 17:27, 20 July 2024 (UTC)
