Shouldn't using "/wiki lily" ingame bring players to the Maguuma Lily page?[edit]
Was crafting some trailblazer gear and wanted to find out more about lilies. Didn't expect to be brought to this weird page that's seemingly not useful at all. --161.142.72.158 23:40, 12 June 2022 (UTC)
- Why? It's not like Maguuma Lily is the only thing that is Lily-related in game, and "/wiki Maguuma Lily" goes there. The wiki cannot cater to individuals' needs and shorthanding names shouldn't take precedence over actual names. There is an otheruses tag at top, that should be sufficient for anyone doing a search and trying to be lazy about it. Konig (talk) 23:46, 12 June 2022 (UTC)

- Seeing as how this page is one of the Extra Life cats, specifically for my cat who dropped dead in front of me, and is stated so on the page, I would suggest that next time the IP be less lazy in both typing and reading. - Doodleplex 01:31, 13 June 2022 (UTC)
- Also this page was a topic on the wiki discord yesterday, among other stuff, and it has been in use for over 1 year now. What a coincidence that this "issue" appeared just now, I suspect someone from the discord might be trolling. ~Sime 01:36, 13 June 2022 (UTC)
- IP, if this isn't a sincere suggestion it's capricious and cruel. Please have the grace to leave it alone. However, taking it at face value, you would need to at a minimum provide some evidence that the practice of referring to a Maguuma Lily as just a "lily" is widespread among players if not ubiquitous. I've never once heard it myself, and the lack of an article's or redirect's existence between the launch of Heart of Thorns in 2015 and the first batch of Extra Life animals in 2021 further supports that. - Felix Omni 04:51, 13 June 2022 (UTC)

- To answer your question about the otheruses tag. That link at the top of the page will take you to a disambiguation page, which is a list of links to other pages to which the word lily might refer, including but not limited to Maguuma Lily. - Tanetris (talk) 09:53, 13 June 2022 (UTC)
