Is this better fought with a large group or a small group - does it scale with the number of people? I just joined a group of about 8 and there were so many Branded around it that we couldn't even get close to it - Brian Kendig (talk) 02:27, 11 October 2017 (UTC)

Possible tips for managing the fight

Looks like we're missing information on the Fragments (or whatever it's called) that he summons in. They appear to be independent of the Unstable Magic effects, but produce an area-of-effect one which causes constant, unblockable health drain. I think it's about 5 to 10% of maximum HP per tick.

Fragments appear to be able to be destroyed, however, but they seem to spawn rather steadily throughout the 10 minutes allotted for the fight. The fragments can cause an impressive area-denial, making it harder for players to engage the Corrupted Facet and risk drawing in more branded from around the base of the Tetrahedron. Adding a recommendation to have a party-member mind these would be good.

With 5 players and about 2 or 3 who joined after we started, we got him down to about 20% HP, so it seems that having a group with steady damage, control, and enough ranged attacks to mitigate the Fragments should be enough to take him down.

Bounty board location

According to this page, you can find the bounty board at Destiny's Gorge Waypoint — . As for when it appears, I cannot say, but the bounty groups you can find in the LFG panel tend to check the boards from time to time just waiting for it to become available.
