Completely inaccessible NPC due to the bridge being destroyed and moved. The character still exists inside the Lion's Gate structure, along with a couple Liongaurds.
- No, it's not inaccessible. You can walk down the hill from the new lighthouse site, then jump up some rocks to an upper entrance on the old lighthouse. —Dr Ishmael
