What does Using this gizmo do? Can this item be safely destroyed?[edit]

- It opens a UI panel with a story written. New UI storybook kind of layout. You can destroy it but you'll be missing out. I just discovered this myself now, and I wonder if the most recent patch is related to why no one's noticed this yet... Konig (talk) 05:42, 30 November 2017 (UTC)
