(Edit conflict) In the end cinematic of the Consulate Docks mission, you can see the Hunger seemingly eat Kormir's corpse (at the head, too, I believe) - of course, it turned out Kormir lived, obviously. It was also stated that it was a demon (never given a name) that ate her eyes. @Eive, what do you mean a grammar fight? Godliness?

She's still not a full-fledged god listed along with Lyssa, Melandru, Dwayna, Balthazar, and Grenth. Seems like after 250 years she'd have been a little more cemented as an actual god and part of the world with followers and such to be listed with the others. Maybe that's just me.

Maybe. It has been noted that the "human gods" haven't been seen around much in the 250 years since Primordus showed up. She might not have had much time to earn a following since her ascension. As proven by the Dragon Festival, Kormir is a known "True God" among Tyria. While she might not have had time after 80 years after EN *approximated time of Primordus' awakening after the Great Destroyer's death*, she would be known as a God and as such would have a following. Redeemed Realm

There was a small discussion about it on [[Talk:Redeemed Realm]]. It could be a redeemed version of the Realm of Torment area that Kormir built up after Abaddon's fall. -- Pling \ talk 00:43, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

The name was pulled out of the gw.dat and is supposedly a reformed version of the Realm of Torment. But it is not known to be canon just yet. Like Arachnia, the supposed "unnamed" predecessor of Abaddon.-- Konig Des Todes 03:02, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

{ec}}x2 Jeff Grubb has stated in two interviews (older one being 2008 PAX panel videos found on Anet's youtube account (edit:Which is the video interview mentioned on the gw1w page)) that they had to kill him despite Grubb himself wanting to redeem him. He's dead. Dead dead with no return. And his subconscious seems to have been absorbed by Kormir. I didn't know unpainted statues showed skin color. Tbh, Kormir is the only one who makes sense, but its odd that the hair changed and there is no blindfold. But I recall seeing a video or some such with that statue being the new Kormir statue. Konig/talk 03:31, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

That's an excellent point. Gods were supposed to be differently depicted in different continents (in lore), but ArenaNet just recycled the statues over the campaigns (nothing wrong with that, it's understandable). Mediggo 18:41, 9 September 2011 (UTC)

Where did order and spirit come from?

Redeemed Realm no more?

During one of the charr personal storylines, Scrapyard Dogs, you can talk to Smodur the Unflinching in which he says "What in the Realm of Torment are you doing here, grunt? If you're looking for Tribune Goreblade, his is the smaller office. To the left!" - his mention of the Realm of Torment implies that the Redeemed Realm never occurred and was removed from potential lore. Konig/talk 06:23, 5 August 2012 (UTC)

Normally I'd agree with you, but this may just be a relic of the past. For example, a common Charr curse seems to be "Burn it!" (equivalent to our "F- it!"), which echoes to me of the time when the Charr were effectively ruled by the Flame Legion. Just a thought. 64.134.98.115 22:19, 9 April 2013 (UTC)

IRL, plenty of non-religious people (i.e. people who don't believe in hell) use the expression, "What the hell?" Same thing here, the charr don't believe in human gods, so why would a charr use that phrase in the first place?
