Not sure how to make a note on the main page. Wanted to point out that I was able with my Mesmer toon(chrono) to purchase the manual even though I hadn't even started the heart. I had completed it with some of my other characters to get their specialized weapon. Usually you have to complete those renowned hearts ON THAT DAY before you can purchase items from them. Edit: Of course now I have to complete that map anyway for the Cache anyway, as do you.
