im not comfortable editing the main page, so im putting this here: this event chain appears to alternate with winding kant's events (i was on a instance where people were waiting forever for winding kant's event to spawn and thought it was bugged; twisting river was ready to start her event, i did so and winding kant's event spawned around 30 seconds after completion of the final event of twisting river's chain. similarly, twisting river's event respawned about 30 seconds after completion of the final event of winding kant's chain)
