It IS possible to get back in the instance to retrieve at least the first 3 notes.

At least for old players that went through Flame & Frost the first time. Although you cannot restart Scarlet's War you can restart the original LWS 1. The notes will be there for you. I was in Black Citadel whining / hoping to tag along with anybody just starting the story to complete this achieve when somebody in map chat suggested this. I would assume tagging along also works but didn't have to wait find out. I would also assume it would work for #4. I'm just not the kind of guy that reads, memorizes & collates all achievements before starting stories  ;) Jefferson (talk) 17:49, 1 May 2022 (UTC)

Yes, this is how all season content works. You can restart it and replay it for achievements at any time, or use a different character. The note just means that you cannot return to the instance without restarting the story and doing it all over again. Rose Of Kali 18:25, 7 May 2022 (UTC)
