Some formatting thoughts

Do we want to make the episode titles themselves the links? Idk what is typical for the rest of the wiki, but it seems like it would look neater. Also might be nice to have a column for dates, and maybe even episode length. --Teaniel.9052 (talk) 22:13, 27 September 2016 (UTC)

I think we should just use the episode name as the link, which would reduce the table to 3 columns making it slightly cleaner. Date isn't really needed since the episodes are numbered and as Doodleplex said the date on the video is just upload date so we don't know the actual date.Scro (talk) 03:43, 28 September 2016 (UTC)

I just poked around their twitch page, and apparently all of the original videos are there too, so we could link both youtube and twitch, as well as list the date. - Do_odleplex 06:27, 30 September 2016 (UTC)

Image

We should also try and find an appropriate image for this. Either by asking anet, or taking one already online (for example [1], [2], or [3]). The last one being the full image used by anet; but has the episode number on it. Transcribing

I've been transcribing for a couple of these things now, and have been a little conflicted with whether or not to add filler words like "um" and "like" and so on. They're fine when you listen to the streams, but it's kind of strange to see them written. I've been leaving them in the text since it's what they actually said, but it might be easier to read it if they were omitted. Thoughts? AnastashaRomanov (talk) 22:29, 8 September 2018 (UTC)

Sometimes it depends on the context, such as if you need to make it clear the speaker is discernibly unsure, but I generally have omitted "um"s and "uh"s. However, I've been in the habit of preserving "like"s because they lessen the impact of the sentence. Imagine someone on Reddit or the forums pulling a direct quote from the transcript to further theory or request, then someone else actually watching the video and finding a "like" in there that transformed the meaning. I'd prefer to avoid a "How to Cook Humans" scenario. -- Dashface 01:43, 9 September 2018 (UTC)
