We should probably change "Players that successfully complete the Bounty will receive the following rewards" to "Participating members of the guild that initiated the Guild Bounty will receive the following rewards." Others can help kill a champ, but it is unknown yet what kind of compensation they will receive. However, it will not be the loot described here. PJ 15:05, 28 February 2013 (UTC)

Target's Paths

Well... I guess, I can not find the right words, but I ask for your help. I've made a map with a pathing of Crusader Michiele. It took me about an hour, to find her and follow all the way, and another half of hour to build this map in Photoshop. Here, I need you, it's hardly possible for one person to make maps for all bounty targets. I'm sure, such maps will help all the community of GW2, and we must do as much as we can. The idea is simple: you book one NPC (so that not everyone is tracking one target) and in your free time find him and follow. Making a map is based on a simple idea - since GW2 is already tracking our path, we can just follow the NPC and take screenshots when the path starts to disappear. Then, put the map of the location as a base layer, fit position and zoom of half-opaque screenshots above it, draw a path with pen tool and stroke it. How to get the rewards

Seems like the rewards are not weekly, but daily. Still don't know about the guild merits, but the player rewards are definetly awarded daily. Besides, we should clarify that the players can get the rewards, even when the bounty is not completed. The guild only gets the merits when the bounty is completed, but the players receive their daily reward as soon as they kill 1 of the mobs. Daedalron 19:25, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

Are you sure? Daily rewards is a nonsense, this way you can buy an ascended gear with commendations in 6 days, while same gear, bought with laurels, need 1 month and 5 times more gold. I'm sure, ANet wouldn't make such stupid things, gaining equal gear from different sources must be comparable in time spent. Malgalad 19:44, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

I got the reward yesterday, and got it again today. So unless the reset was in the night between saturday and sunday, it's a daily reward. We'll be sure tomorrow when we do it again. Daedalron 01:32, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

Precursor?

A guild leader said one of the possible rewards for players was the chance at a precursor. Is that true? The text on this page says "2 pieces of rare or better equipment." While the possibility of a precursor would technically fit within that description, that possibility would not necessarily occur to somebody reading that description, yet would be a significant incentive to join build bounties and might be worth mentioning. 50.81.134.187 13:19, 16 April 2013 (UTC)

Target's missing?

Seems like the bounty targets are missing as of 29/07/2016. Couldn't find Trillia Midwell and Maully was running across the map without his buddy Brekkabek. Anyone experienced similiar problems? Feothyr (talk) 14:36, 29 July 2016 (UTC)
