If I'm experiencing the Bug mentioned in the article, how do I complete the collection?

I'm referring to:
"Unlocking the Sunspear weapon won't count towards the collection sometimes if it is salvaged instead of added to the collection."

At some point in the past, I unlocked the Sunspear Firelight skin before unlocking this specialization collection. I have also completed The Main Thrust achievement. --161.142.215.84 11:31, 3 December 2019 (UTC)

Afaik these collections weren't actually interested in the skins, they require players to wield the items for it to count. Maybe buy another and equip it this time? -Chieftain Alex 11:35, 3 December 2019 (UTC)
