Talk:Glue Shot

Watching the video, the glue shot originates from the left hand pistol, traditionally the off-hand slot. This is also backed up by the rapid fire from the other pistol which is in the main hand position. I think this should be an Off-hand Pistol skill. 75.102.128.163 18:51, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

should we at least say that the player retreats back? it looks like that in the video. and immobilize as well? just putting in my two cents.

Additional Data

From this video ([1]), I managed to get some additional information... As from the skill pop up window, I'll list them below.

-Immobilize(1s):Unable to move. -Glue puddle duration: 6 seconds -Glue puddle radius: 20 feet

Of course, they might be (and probably are) affected by various things, such as traits and attributes... But then again, the skill tiers seem to have been scrapped, no attributes affect skill durations or radius AFAIK, and seems like we don't have any information about Engineer off hand pistol traits... Meh. A pistol shouldn't shoot out giant amounts of glue. I know it fits with the whole "engineer" thing, but something more mechanical would have been prettier. Just sayin'.-- Shew 13:29, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

Better as a utility skill

Not really sure how this fits in with the other pistol skills, it should be replaced as the 5th pistol skill with something better and changed to be a utility skill, wouldn't hurt to buff it a little too. 68.105.101.28 01:17, 28 March 2013 (UTC)
