I did this recipe at the forge and it DID NOT give me this item. This wiki page is incorrect.
- That's because the recipe has a CHANCE to produce this item, it's not 100% guaranteed, you might end up with a crappy basic staff, my dear angry user. Same thing with the moon shield. --Ventriloquist (talk) 21:59, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
