Inverted Tiering

Anyone else notice that this item salvages into Linen most of the time and Cotton rarely? Perhaps this is the case elsewhere, but in my experience this is the only item I've ever seen that salvages into a higher tier item as the "normal" result and a lower tier item as the "rare" result. As far as I know there hasn't been any drop research. So I wonder how you got to that observation. Please share the amount of salvages you tried and the amount of Linen and Cotton you got out of it. You could have just been lucky.Ranique (talk) 22:44, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Salvaged 23 Frayed Garments, got 33 Linen and 10 Cotton scraps. Used Journeyman's Salvage Kit. 78.52.52.122 15:39, 13 March 2015 (UTC)
