Purpose of this page?

What is the purpose of this page? I was looking over it thinking about how to edit it but it seems like so much of the content overlaps with Game updates/2014-05-20? I'm thinking about how the wiki used to be for GW1, where it was the go to location for new and current information and the only site you needed to easily acquire a firm grasp of the new release. Currently I don't think GW2Wiki is doing that very well. Druid 16:33, 21 May 2014 (UTC)

This release is mainly a re-hash of old content. Thus, it is not up to par with other releases or the Guild Wars 1 standard. --Dav 18:46, 25 May 2014 (UTC)

Will the Festival return?

I have recently started playing again and a lot has changed. I was wanting to know if the Festival of the four winds will return in the future. The info says that it ends on July 1st but not sure if that just means for the season or forever. I hope it is not forever because I was only able to use one of my characters during this Festival and would like to complete this content on my other ones at some point. Thanks in advance for any info on the matter.

Given that the Zephyrites ship was destroyed and they are currently stuck in Dry Top. I would say that it will not return in the form that it was on this patch. The Queens Pavilion may return however.
