Got mine from the mushrooms in Rata Novus

Just southwest of the Rata Novus Command Center — [&BNoHAAA=] there's a cavern, which also has a Hero Point, that many hostile mushrooms reside. Mine dropped by vanquishing a Mushroom Solder.
