This is also dropped by Ice Wurm mobs (level 43) in Dredgehaunt Cliffs.
I've most definitly gotten from lvl 41 Heyena's in Blazeridge Steppes in the Soot Road area. Maybe lvl 42 was a typo? Jefferson (talk) 04:29, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
