Does this thing still drop? I know I got one in the early days of the game, but I've never seen one since. SarielV

- When you first enter the cave, there is a chest you can reach a few platforms away, guarded by spiders. The Pouch is on a platform directly underneath the one with the chest, and it is covered by another object (I think it's an Egg Sac). SarielV
