So what does that mean? Are those special items collection related, or does it mean you have a better chance at crafting components? 80.112.180.116 13:34, 13 January 2016 (UTC)

So I think this has 3 effects:

1. Lets you acquire Auric Sliver from any ore node in Auric Basin.
2. Lets you acquire the Elite Specialization collection items for each profession. e.g. Daredevil's Auric Sharpening Stone.
3. Special items from ore nodes in maguuma

2+3 could be the same? I haven't noticed any other particularly special materials from nodes in HoT with this mastery. -Chieftain Alex 14:10, 13 January 2016 (UTC)

Additional note for point 2; you need only mine once after you get this mastery to get ALL of the related Auric stones for which you have the collection unlocked. That is, if you have all professions specialization unlocked, you will get 9 stones at once. Related to this I believe there is a bug fix incoming to make it easier to delete these after you've acquired them.

As for point 3, I have never encountered anything other than Auric Sliver while mining in Auric Bassin -Darqam (talk) 15:33, 13 January 2016 (UTC)

Is this bugged? I have yet to see it give you any auric slivers or "special materials" 95.222.119.67 10:54, 11 July 2021 (UTC)
