Does it matter if you have a single stack (of might for example) or multiple? Is having 5 stacks of might going to give you 5 times the bonus?
- Unique boons only, multiple stacks of a boon make no difference. —Dr Ishmael

Its only 1% per Boon. (tested with steady weapon on 7.7.2013)
