Demoted?[edit]
I just hit up Captain Jayne and he was an Elite. Someone can easily confirm this. Is there no champion form any more then? 173.238.148.231 08:57, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
- Most of the champions were demoted to elite in the april feature pack, so I guess so.--Relyk ~ talk < 08:59, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
- I think that's great in most cases, to me champ farming is one of the worst things to ever hit this game, but in this case I think it should definitely be reverted. The champs that drop Embroidered Coin Purse (which contains Bonetti's Rapier) that can actually be practically killed are now about merely two in number... 173.238.148.231 09:43, 24 April 2014 (UTC)
- The champ bandit lieutenant in Queensdale has his event stating he's a Veteran now, but he's still a champion...

- Timestamps show when comments were made, and I said that before the Queensdale champions were all demoted - which was not part of the April feature pack. That happened on the May 20 update. Before May 20, the event for the bandit lieutenant referred to him as "the veteran bandit lieutenant" despite the champion status not being affected (yet). Vili 点 01:24, 24 June 2014 (UTC)

This may be a reference to Jayne Cobb from "Firefly" and "Serenity," who was also a bit of a bandit and favored pistols. --Gold Recluse (talk) 16:46, 6 April 2015 (UTC)
