Talk:Eagle-Eye Goggles

Is there any way to get these if you sold the one you got at character creation? I didn't know about transmutation stones yet, and they look so much better than the masks that seem to be the only medium head armor I can find or craft now.--178.7.108.6 23:02, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
I too would like to know how to obtain the Eagle-Eye goggles & Backpack as well. I had the eagle eye goggles but I think I sold them by mistake.
- +1 request on this. I too didn't know about transmutation stones, figured the goggles were worthless after my first head armour loot drop and just destroyed them to make inventory space. I really hope there's another way to get some that look like this, they look badass! Seems kind of cruel to give new players a unique item without pointing out they should keep hold of them after getting better gear.--Ninja sloth 11:46, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
- Medium headgear with this appearance can be crafted by a Leatherworker, one of the fine/masterwork sets and every rare set has this as the headpiece.Tuomir 11:27, 18 September 2012 (UTC)
Swapped[edit]
The eagle eye goggles and panscopic monocle icon and item name have been swapped. Selecting Eagle Eye Goggles in biography selection provided me item named Panscopic Monocle, with icon of Panscopic Monocle, but it had the appearance of the real Eagle Eye Googles when equipped on character. Acquisition[edit]
The article only lists it as something Engineers get during their biography, but my Ranger got this skin dropped from a boss kill in Fractals. Not totally positive which boss, but I think it was Bloomhunger,
- I don't suppose you've still got the item in your inventory + could type "/wiki " + shift + click on the item, then press enter? Would be nice to know the item's ID. -Chieftain Alex 22:37, 6 August 2017 (UTC)
