Talk:Dragon Chest
What i'm hearing in game is that the chests can only be gotten once per dragon per character every 24 hours, resetting at the same time that daily quests reset. Can anyone confirm or deny that? 184.8.62.98 17:45, 2 March 2013 (UTC)

bugs[edit]
I find that bug hard to believe. Most of the time, people shout there's a bug in a chest, and then find out they've already done the event on the character..Qiff 15:42, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
- this bug is definately there, one of my guild members cant do jormag on her ranger as it never gets a chest there regardless of when she does it or how often.Spark-TBa 17:38, 14 March 2013 (UTC)

- a friend of mine blames another friend of some silly curse on chests. They are both rangers ;-( Justice 04:49, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
- It's definitely real. I've come across it in my chest drop recording project, so there's no chance that it's the "you forgot you already did it" dodge. Since last night's reset, my guardian was denied Tequatl's chest three times. Usually, I have to bring another character to fight the boss in order to "shake it loose". I've reported it to ANet, a few times in the past two months, but... Targren 14:48, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
- Might also be worth mentioning that I've had it happen on all three dragons (and too frequently for my taste), but I've never had it happen on Maw, Wurm, Fire Ele, or Golem Mk II. Targren 14:51, 8 May 2013 (UTC)

I tried opening a chest with my level 40 and all I got was 1 Taste of Liquid Karma + 1 Gilded Coffer. (This was not the character that earned the chest - does that make a difference?) Temerity (talk) 08:56, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
Tequatl's Hoard[edit]
Can anyone confirm that Tequatl's Hoard is found inside the dragon chest? Have asked around maps and forum, and no one could positively confirm. Everyone I've talked to who's gotten the Hoard received from the daily chests.
