Allows you to re-open the portal to Kormir's sanctuary. Approach back of wall of The Portal POI in the Tomb of Primeval Kings in the Desert Highlands and interact to open the portal.

As of 21 Sep 2022, this does not appear to re-open the portal. I approached the back wall in the Tomb of Primeval Kings, where the portal is supposed to be, and there was no options to interact with anything.
