It would appear they nerfed this quest, because when you attack the griffon nests, before, you used to be able to kill them. Now it seems they take off before you can kill them, and then the dredge show up instead. Some things I wish they would have just left alone. 69.183.30.198 04:33, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

If they were supposed to leave at all, then yes, but does it say anything about it in the update? Admitted I scanned it, didn't really look all that close for this specific item, since my main complaint was them messing with the daily list to do thing. But I consider it a "nerf" since now you only have to fight the dredge that come in, and not in addition to the griffons that are still there. 69.183.30.198 05:07, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

When I did this event a couple weeks ago, Farbjorn blew his horn as we approached a nest, then the griffons flew off and disappeared. Sometimes they took long enough that I could kill one solo (if other people were there, we could usually kill at least one). If you had previously seen this event where the griffons didn't leave at all, then that was changed before today's update. And it was definitely a bug —Dr Ishmael 05:32, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
