It may be a bug, but parts (namely the Dragonvine Straps) of this collection seem to be only available to the initial character that begins the collection. Making it sort of soul-(wide?), rather than account-wide. --23.241.218.90 07:21, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

Confirmed, it looks like you can only obtain the story reward pieces on the character you begin the collection with. Lysander (talk) 05:21, 11 December 2015 (UTC)
