Talk:Construct Core

By any means Construct Core's description looks better in an object infobox rather than in an npc infobox. LvL is not relevant. Also the core has a lot features which fit better to the current template (object's template). But if someone has a different opinion let's deiscuss it here instead of flipping the infobox over and over.Assic (talk) 07:53, 13 October 2016 (UTC)Assic
- In my opinion, the Construct Core should most definitely be treated as an object. I'm not sure how it's presented in-code, and could see it present as an npc for functional reasons, but it's behavior and intent are, to me, much more reminiscent of an object. -Darqam (talk) 13:19, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
- If it's using the NPC UI (health, level, and thumbnail), it's an NPC. If it's using the object UI (which lacks all of the aforementioned features), it's an object. —Ventriloquist 15:35, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
- I know for certain that it does in fact have health, also has an icon that looks like a boss icon. As for level and thumbnail I would have to double check. Sythe 15:38, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
- Well, yes, (destructible) objects have health, but is it placed above it or in the NPC UI (the thing at the top when you click an NPC)? It's been awhile since I did KC, so I can't remember. —Ventriloquist 15:50, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
- Sorry, I should have specified. Yes, it has a red health bar when you click it(on the NPC UI). I'd rather double check before we start changing things willy-nilly so I guess we could keep it as an object until it's confirmed Sythe 15:57, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
- Ohh, ugh, it's an NPC then. ANet sometimes tends to treat certain objects as NPCs, and that's just a mess to document. Is the thumbnail for the 'object' empty? —Ventriloquist 18:47, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
- If it is in fact an NPC, I'd guess it's probably an elemental, but I could swear
the most OP bosses in the game which aredoors/gates/walls also have red health bars if you have to take them down, and those are definitely objects. - Doodleplex 20:28, 13 October 2016 (UTC)- Alright, I've confirmed it. It's kinda hard to see, but the empty dark circle on the right is there Sythe 00:49, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
