Talk:Clagg
I'm not sure if I should add this to trivia considering it doesn't really have much significance, but Clagg was the surname among some of the earliest of colonizers in Eastern American states in the early 1800's. The English surname's motto can be translated "Let him take who can take." --Spigs 07:10, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
- It might be related, but considering the typical asura and their name being rather gibberish to 'normal' settings and having a specific naming system of being double lettered, short (1 or 2 syllable), and having it end in a vowel for females and consonant for males - it might be coincidence. Hard to say. -- Konig/talk 07:46, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
- That's what I figured. I'm sure they get their names from somewhere but for now, just an interesting note. --Spigs 23:03, 4 August 2010 (UTC)
heres a thought. you could determine weather or not they took the names origins into account by evaluating the npc's personality when the game is released. it sounds like the "motto" is a viking esque "bully" mentality, if claggs personality speaks to this. then you have a basis to assume that the origin was taken into account and it is a relevant fact. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.6.139.103 (talk).
-- SPOILERIFIC Comment -- This article is relatively old and I know few people look here but should we mention that Clagg gets set free, tracks down Dougal and attacks him and Killeen? The note about him staying imprisoned is incorrect... 199.126.37.144 17:07, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
- The part about him confessing is also wrong. --zeeZ (talk) 17:17, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

You are correct, it was Killeen. Hero 18:27, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
Clagg = Klagg?[edit]
Coult it be that Clagg from the book is also Klagg, the crazy asura in Lion's Arch who is giving you the rifle for the rocket jump? The names are so similar, he almost calls you his victim and last time we saw Clagg was in Lion's Arch. Maybe the Name was somehow lost in transmission or something? --83.236.213.143 08:25, 17 October 2012 (UTC)
