I am not sure yet, I will have to do a full DS run and get to the vendor to buy the plated staff to open the collection, but I think that you do not get the option to charge the staff head until you have the collection open. I have the plated staff (from DS) and the collection is unlocked for me - yet I cannot interact with any places of power even with the crafted component in my inventory. I have been to all the Magus Falls maps and nothing seems to happen. --YetiFish (talk) 09:27, 28 November 2015 (UTC)
