Chaos fractal vs Chaos Isles fractal

In-game I don't think it's ever called "Chaos Isles Fractal". Below are some of the quick examples I could find.

Chaos

• The scale selection UI says "Chaos". (All fractal names are listed in this UI without the "Fractal" suffix)
• "Daily Tier X Chaos" says "Complete Chaos at fractal scale Y or higher."

Chaos Fractal

• The minimap and map say "Chaos Fractal".
• "Chaos Demolisher" achievement describes it as "Complete the Chaos fractal on the Master tier".

Chaos Isles

• "Notetaker achievement says "Find all 7 of the lost journal pages in Chaos Isles."
• Update - July 26, 2016: "New Fractal – Chaos Isles".

Chaos Isles Fractal

• Update 4 - July 26, 2016: "Chaos Isles Fractal".

IIRC, the top two examples (just "chaos") never include "Fractal" in any of the fractal names. I'd say we're seeing a similar situation with the just "Chaos Isles" examples. So it'd be either Chaos Fractal or Chaos Isles Fractal. I may be wrong, but isn't Thaumanova Fractal interchanged with Thaumanova Reactor Fractal? Similar situation if so. Both would be right, and we'd put the name at whichever is more frequent overall (I'd say most folks know this as the Chaos Isles Fractal rather than the Chaos Fractal as that's what the name was in promotions/preview for it). I'm going to slap a move tag on the page: I actually came here to ask the same question BryghtShadow did, because the other wiki's only refer to it as "Chaos Fractal" and I wondered who was wrong, us or them. Excluding the rehashed old dungeons turned into fractals, all of the other Fractal maps pretty much have the same name as their respective fractals (well other than being inconstant with the word "fractal" itself showing up but, that's not terribly surprising). And before anybody fusses about the current name being nuked, it'd would still hang around as a redirect. Flickering Flame can light multiple bonfire, bug or intended?

I just add a bug on Flickering Flame Contrary to the description in game, the skill does not disappear after the player light one bonfire. The same player can light all the fires. I tried to search about this inside game update but didn't find anything ( only a bug report on the forum dated of October 2018 ). Did anyone have information on this?
