Bug?

I did the event, won, and still Cashel has no dialogue. It says: "The air is thick around this ghost, and it's making unintelligible sounds. Something's not right. Perhaps the Durmand Priory in Lion's Arch can help this tragic creature." What do I do now?? Sjeng 04:55, 27 October 2012 (PDT)
