Commander or Captain?[edit]
This page is entitled 'Commander of the Seraph', and the first paragraph says how new the idea of there being a Commander is, but the rest is information about the Captains, all of it things that can be found by going to the wiki page entitled 'Seraph', with the exception of the list of current Captains. I think this page should be deleted or removed or whatever, and the information not already contained in the Seraph page moved there. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TiffanySmith.8216 (talk).
- Firstly, no deletion. We tend to have pages on specific things, this would be one. The culture categories, e.g., Category:Human culture and Category:Charr culture is full of such articles. Like Tribune and Primus Centurion. It is to show what we all know, should someone search the title, term, or phrase itself.
- Secondly, both really. Captain in terms of ranking, Commander of the Seraph is the (recently made) title of the highest captain (aka Logan Thackeray). He does not hold the rank of Commander (which is lower than the rank of Captain in the Seraph). Konig (talk) 22:48, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
- I do agree that the page is worth keeping, but it's definitely worth re-wording somehow. You start off the page going "Yeah ok, new thing, cool what's this all about?" And then quickly move into "Why is this only talking about captains and never saying commander again?". It would be worthwhile to keep the comparison that captains were always around and now there's one new commander and what not; but this page *does* feel like it's explaining Captain of the Seraph, more than it is Commander of the Seraph. -Darqam 23:38, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
