This merchant doesn't seem to always appear? I can see the vendor spot he's supposed to be in but he's not there. -

Just a thought[edit]
I think this is the only Chef ingredient that can't be crafted and doesn't appear in the collections tab. That's not counting ingredients for purchased recipes, like Candy Corn and Unidentified Dye.

Can't be crafted[edit]
The Bowl of Risotto Base seems to be flawed in it's crafting; I have all the ingredients needed to craft it, but the Bowl of Fancy Tangy Sautee Mix is only compatible with one recipe according to my discovery window, and that's a Lvl 350 recipe. The Bottle of Rice Wine won't even be seen in the collections tab and can't manually be added to the discovery items because the window won't accept it.
