Does he still exist? or did he get removed. I don't see Blubloop or his event anywhere in straits of devestation. Would mean the baby quaggan tonic is no longer available

He's connected to an event, so you have to be there when it's up or shortly thereafter. I remember doing this one a couple of weeks ago, so I doubt he's gone. SarielV 17:46, 4 September 2016 (UTC)

Encountered him today and completed his event. He turned into a merchant but the merchant window wouldn't open when i spoke to him. Even traveled across the map to try to reload him and he didn't work. Might be bugged.
