It says any Seraph can use them, but nobody wants them. Anybody know what to do with them? Daddicus 10:19, 28 October 2012 (PDT)
Although one of the NPC's says a Seraph Officer will take them, I found that the guards just a bit SE of Cloven Hoof Pass will take the Blackvein Fiber. Look for the talk icons to pop around a regular guard there.
