Talk:Best Laid Plans

The trivia note is really unwarranted IMO. There are at least half a dozen things that Best Laid Plans could refer to. If, per se, the quest was about fixing relations with the skritt because charr industrialization had upset their home, then that would probably be a reference. But right now it isn't.
