multiple vendors not available (e.g. lion's arch) "after lion's arch attacked" -- please annotate
- Graying out historical vendors is standard across the wiki. If you hover over the row it even says (vendor currently unavailable). 5 vendors out of ~35 being historical isn't so bad. -Chieftain Alex
